Our Mini Lathe machine is an extremely useful machine for achieving accurate dimensions on the workpiece. The speed range of Mini Lathe machine is 0– 3000 RPM and it is manufactured as per required International standards.
- Headstock: It is rationally designed & provides a rigid performance free from thermal displacement & vibration. Its spindle has a rigid construction and is hardened & ground. The spindle is supported in the headstock by high precision roller bearing & ball bearing and is suitable for heavy duty & high speed applications. All the gears, spindles & splines are made from 20 MnCr5 material and hardened & ground.
- Tailstock: It has a sturdy construction with Tang Shank type tailstock sleeve that is capable of stable accommodation of heavy work. Double locking system ensures powerful tailstock clamping.
- Bed: There are no Legs in Mini Lathe machine and it is table top & plano type. It is light weight due to plano type.
- Quick Change Tool Post(optional): The benefit of a quick change tool post in Production Engineering is that you don’t have to change the tools in tool post but have to change the holders that had already set on the tool holder. It saves time and increases production. It is a safe and simple process during operation and has guaranteed lasting repetitive accuracy. Quick change tool post working parts are hardened and precision ground.
